Dear Hai Yen,
I just wanted to say a big thank you from Sandra and myself as we arrived home to Australia yesterday and we both really loved the tour you put together for us.
With regards to other people contacting me via email as they are worried about traveling to Vietnam, I am happy for you to share my email if it will put their mind at peace.
All the transfers and tours throughout the trip have been on time and the drivers and tour guides have been great.
After our short fight to Ho Chi Minh city we were delighted with the Grand Hotel.  The accommodation and staff were very good.  This was the nicest of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.  The full day city tour on day 17 of our tour was very informative and the city landmarks were all worth visiting.  Tour in Ho Chi Minh city and for our trip to the Mekong Delta were well organized and the tour guides very good.  The trip to the Mekong Delta was very nice and our hotel Kim Tho was very nice and the nicest of all the hotels and home stays the other people on the tour were staying at.  The following day we arrived back to Ho Chi Minh City and our transfers to the Grand Hotel was well organized.  The Cu Chi tunnels tour was well worth visiting.  The last day Sandra and i did some shopping before we were transferred to the airport for our flight home.
We both love the Vietnamese people we met along our travels as they were so friendly and helpful.  The food was all very nice and fresh and a great country to visit.  We thank you greatly for organizing such a great tour for us.
I hope to come back to Vietnam again soon.

Further to our ongoing assessments during the Tour and the call from your office on the day of our departure, my wife and I want again to express our gratitude for everything your company had done to make our Vietnam experience unforgettable!
Everything, from the moment to arrival in Hanoi to the departure from Ho Chi Minh City, was marked by excellent organisation with precision, punctuality, care and friendly but respectful approach. Everything we received was exactly as we had requested and as was outlined in the detailed programme plan provided by you. And definitely there were also most positive surprises as often things would be better than we expected! We experienced no difficulties with anything as even the smallest arrangements and details were attended to by the guides.
The information provided during our tours was delivered in very good English, was comprehensive and shed light to the history and culture of the specific places but also of the country and its people generally. The guides were very good and even excellent but we would like specially to mention one. In Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An we were fortunate to have as a guide Mr Le! He was something very special and extraordinary with his knowledge, way of delivery, attitude and quiet charming sense of humour. We know that on several occasions we disappointed him with our refusal to have the planned lunches but he also understood that we could take only so much food. Not with standing the inconvenience he made arrangements for the meals to move to the dinner. His knowledge of the history and the cultures discussed was remarkable and impressive. We keep talking about him between ourselves and to our relatives and friends. Please, convey to him our admiration, gratitude and best wishes.
In summary, our trip in your country, us organised by you, was fabulous in every respect! We have no doubts that this was also helped by the wonderful Vietnamese people and your beautiful country. We have no doubts that we will be visiting soon again. Needless to say, for our next visit we’ll approach you again. (I note that you also organise tours in the countries in the region and we’ll approach for visits to these countries as well.) One small issue which in our opinion is worth considering is the issue about the size of the vehicle. In Ho Chi Minh City we had no problems with fitting in the luggage (and we did not travel with the usual ‘big’ luggage this time) but in some of the places there were some difficulties. Admittedly, they were not big and were resolved satisfactorily but still, it is worth considering that in certain situations this may be an issue. It is true that one does not expect luggage to be a problem with only two people but bear in mind that sometimes people have travelled for a while, tend to carry bigger luggage etc. I am sure that if the matter is kept in mind this will not be a problem for you to address.

I am very happy with the tour you have put together for Sandra and myself.  Your organization have been very efficient.  All our flights, tours, transfers have all ran very smoothly.
The meal on the first night in Hanoi was very special.  The Halong bay cruise and transfer from our hotel in Hanoi was very smooth.  Halong bay was a really nice place.  One night on the cruise was perfect.  The tour in Hue to the old imperial city and empires tombs was very good.  We had three nights stay in Hue but 2 would have been adequate.  The car transfer to Dânang and Hoi Ann to the Riverside Resort was very efficient.  The My Son tour was interesting.  A boat trip with a cooking class would have been better.  The Riverside Resort was a very nice place to stay.
The transfer to Danang and short plane flight to Nha Trang was very efficient.  The Michella hotel in Nha Trang was nice and also located in a good spot.  The first day we went on cyclo city tour of Long Son Pagoda, Cathedral and Pho Nagar Cham tower.  The second day was the 4 island tour which your company organised which was very good.  The third day we went to Thap Ba mud bath and mineral water retreat.
The shuttle bus tour company came to the hotel and gave us the ticket to Dalat the night before leaving Nha Trang.  The shuttle bus tour to Dalat was nice and the mountains and waterfalls along the way made the journey enjoyable.  In Dalat the Ngoc Lan Hotel have been very nice and very well located.  I walked to the Cathedral and Crazy house on my first day.  Yesterday was the organised tour by your company and very good.  Today Sandra and I are taking a train trip to Trai Mat Village and in the evening will be picked up at the hotel and transferred to the airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
I just want to thank you and your team for a lovely holiday so far.  I am sorry I have been hard to contact due to my phone problems.
I have really enjoyed my time in your country.

When we looked into going to Vietnam we had limited time and budget in mind. With the assistance of Hai Yen and the team at Vietnam tours, an itinerary that was incredibly interesting and practical was crafted. Our initial urge to see all the sights was tempered by Ms Hai Yen’s wisdom and guidance and brought us back to what she termed a 10 day glimpse of Vietnam which extended from South to North and a few amazing stops in between. Our guides each carried their own flavour of Vietnam and all the associated knowledge of the region that they helped us through. Tori was a whiz at Ho Chi Minh city and embraced the youth and more relaxed side of Vietnam. Phan showed us the Hue and HoiAn and helped us appreciate the old culture and the beautiful vista of Hoi An beach life. Sang steeped us in the tradition of the north the love of a leader that bought Vietnam together and the history of the sadness and loss of so many wanting to make Vietnam their own. The drivers who accompanied our guides were quiet and determined and guided us through the maelstrom of traffic in complete safety. Of course there was Halong bay which was amazing. I think the only thing that I would suggest is that riding a bicycle anywhere in Vietnam is for the brave. Whilst we had booked to do a couple of bike rides at different times, discretion was the better part of valour and a nice walk felt far wiser.  Oh … I almost forgot the hotels … The Sheraton in Saigon, fabulous. The Beach boutique in Hanoi, very beautiful. The Metropole Hanoi … I thought I was in France, magnifique.

We chosen Phuong Trang Bus over Tam Hanh Bus and Sinh Tourist. They provided a professional services and clean bus We were greeted and advised of the trip itenary so we know when and what to expect. Their stops are much more
cleaner and civilized. The bus guide gentlemen was very courtesy and helpful. The bus driver attended to a lots of personal phone calls while driving through busy traffic and narrow mountain pass with one hand.

Novela  hotel facility and accomodation is much better than Da Lat Plaza. Breakfast at Da Lat Plaza has more Asian than Western foods and vice versa at Novela.

Day tour trips , drivers and tour guides were good.
Overall , we enjoyed our trip very much.
Your time and assistance is greatly appreciated and looking forward to travel with Viet Nam Tour again.
