We had an excellent trip.  Thank you so much.  Our guide Victor was excellent as well as our driver Heip.

Our driver missed a lot of communication with us since he did not speak English, but it still worked!  That would be a suggestion for an English speaking driver, but as I said it was fine with us.  I felt he seemed left out and we felt bad for him.
Thank you again.  I would definitely recommend your company.  We did give Victor the questionnaire.

Overall, it was a splendid journey.
Hanoi:  Car, Hotel, Driver and the guide (Mr. Kuyen) were great.
My wife and daughter think that he is the cutest guide...that we had.
Street Food Tour - Superb.
Tam Coc - very nice and worth it.
Sapa: Victoria hotel - excellent,  very good swimming pool, however, very long walk and uphill to go to!!
The site definitely worth 3 full days even in our very intense schedule!!
The rice paddies and the different tribes are definitely the gem of our journey!
The guide, was very good on the planned treks between the villages and his accent was much better;
I tipped him generously since after all he was very informative and a nice guy and tried his best during the entire time during our treks.
Halong Bay  Needless to say, a  Gem Site!!!  Aphrodite Junk - Superb by all means.
Hue:  A very interesting place. Definitely worth spending a day there. The Imperial Hotel very good with a great swimming pool (!!)
Hoi-An: What a place! Our favorite one!! (We should skip Saigon and Mekong and should be staing one more day in Boutique Hoi an Hotel (Excellent hotel and Beach, the pool - very big however, the water too warm....better go to the sea....)
The Guide (and driver) were excellent. Toan is a very informative professional guide (to my opinion, the most professional one!), speak good understandable English. I highly recommend him!
Saigon:
Saigon, a very modern city, and very good hotel (a great swimming pool too).
However, beside the very important War Museum (a great learning !!) and the beautiful Post Office, we should skip this for prolonging Hoi An
The AO Opera was great and actually "saved" our justification to be in Saigon
The guide was OK
Siem Reap:
What we can say on this extraordinary gem site.
A very good way to end our trip in this magic place.
The guide and Driver were very good and tried their best for us. However, regarding the accent - see Mr. Kuyen....
We will definitively would go back to all hotels (except the "shower" joint in Lao Cai!) that we have stayed if we come back and this itinerary was immaculate (except for stay one more day in Hoi An and skip the south) .
we definitely will recommend you as a trustful tour organizer in your country.

Our trip to both Halong Bay and Sapa was fantastic. The cruise on Halong Bay was very unique and special. Lam and Huan really looked after is and made sure we all had a good time.
Sapa was beautiful. The Victoria express train and Hotel were fantastic. Our trek into the homestay was great. Our tour guide Soh was excellent.
Thank you for sending the revised time for our flight. Is it possible to change to a later time as  10:50 is a little early. Not a problem if it cannot be changed.

Overall we had a very nice trip to SaPa and we really enjoyed it. It was one ofe the best trips we did in our Vietnam Journey at all.
We like to mention a few good points:

Best Impressions:
* very good guide with good knowledge about the area
* very carefull guide, he took himself a lot of time for explanations and told us many details about the region
* we had a very impressive trip throug the landscape, especially the second day we had a great trip through small rice fields away from the main tourist routes. We really enjoyd this.
* the organisation of the trip was very good, we have seen a lot and also had enough time to relax
* the restaurant selection and the hotel selection was very good !
