Thanks again for arranging one of the most exciting tours we have done so far.
I recommended on you to my friend, who is planning to visit Vietnam on April (Yehuda Efrat) 
Regarding the details:
Hoi An – it was arranged good. The guide (Viet) was nice and professional
The basket boat tour was excellent. The guide (Quan) was really good, nice, professional, and with good and clear English. The tour itself was lovely. 
Sapa- there is a different between Victoria train and the second one, but both were good.
Homestay and walking tracks were good.
Halong Bay was lovely
The tour in Hanoy was good 
Last point:  its better to charge a Higher price in advance, and not to ask us to pay for every drink.

Regarding the details:
Mr. Ozer express our impressions for Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay.
Few additional remarks for this part:
1. The early breakfast in Lao Cai after arriving with the train should be in better restaurant.
2. The Victoria hotel in Sapa gives very convenient conditions before taking the train back to Hanoi and there is no any reason to arrive early to the train other than dinner in a good restaurant near the station. The terrible driver we had there basically wanted to leave early and drop us more than 2 hours early.
3. Halong bay - We love the boat, the guide and the service, but the meals were below average, except the last morning buffet that was good and tasty.

As for the other part of our travel in Vietnam:
1. The guide and the driver  from Hanoi to the Laos border were excellent. The way is amazing although very long and curving…
2. Mai Chau is a lovely village and we had a charming  bicycle tour. The lodge was very nice.
3. Bien Dien Fu- for me it was important visit, the hotel is fair (but I understand it is the best in town).
Laos: In general Laos was a great surprise- the people are lovely, the landscape and scenery were beautiful, the food is good… What can we ask other than more time?
1. The guide was good with fair English and knowledge, The driver was very good.
2. The boat trips on the Ou was in beautiful landscape
3. Muang Ngoi on the river is real pearl and we should have stay there 2 nights. The lodge was authentic, convenient and nice.
4. Luang Prabang- the Victoria hotel was excellent (like in Sapa), the tours-  in town and the waterfalls were good. Great town
5. Phonsavan- It is very interesting and important station for the traveller who is interested in the consequences of the war in Laos, the present impacts on the population and of course the plains  of Jars. We think it was worth the long travel. The hotel was very good with very basic  breakfast.
But, It is a long side trip on the way to the center. About 5 hours drive from Luanfg Brabang and 5  hours drive to Vang  Vieng. If there are interesting sites I would recommend another night there.
6. Vang  Vieng – The hotel is excellent, the tour to the cave and the organic farm was very good.
It is a place for 2 nights.
7. Vientiane – The tour was good and interesting, to our request we went to see the COPE center which was impressive. The hotel was excellent.
So, for conclusion – It was a wonderful tour, we were fascinating and enjoy the people, the scenery, the food and impressed from the history (early and late). Your availability and attitude was more than we expected (I like to mention that we were surprised that you changed the drinking payment policy during the tour as a result of our remarks).
The route was well planned, and as you recommend in the beginning It will be ideal  to add 2-3 nights to this route, but we had a time constraints.

Hi Hai Yen.

I would just say thank you for a wonderful vacation, I could not have organized it by my self, I met a lot of wonderful people, and all sights.
This vacation is the best I ever have experienced, it will be in my memory for ever, most of the guides have been really good, there is only one thing I will say could have been better, and it was the 2 days in Sa Pa, the  area and the mountain was/is really beautiful, the hotel Mountain View, is more like a Hostel than a Hotel, but I enjoyed  the view from the room a lot.
From the moment I arrived to Sa Pa town I didn't have a clear view of how the day would go, it was a little  confusing.
But I saw the valleys and the mountains the rice fields and the small villages, it was beautiful and the bus back to Hanoi was a VIP-luxury bus the best on the whole vacation.
So once again thank you, for arrange and booking the hotels and excursions for every day.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for us to make this trip a fantastic experience for me and my little son.
You have guided us from the beginning before the travel started by email until our time of departure.
We really felt safe and cared for, you always were present when we needed assistance and it was always done in an effective way.
The whole trip from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, including Halong Bay, Hoi An, Nan Trangh was well organized and places well chosen.
We also were always comfortable with our pick up, always on time and comfortable cars. All this contributed for us to have a relaxing holiday

All the places we visited were family friendly and my little son of six years enjoyed every experience we had, it will be a memory for life.

Dear Hai Yen, thank you for your email, unfortunately due to travelling after Vietnam to Cambodia then Singapore, I have not had the opportunity to reply to this email.
Firstly, I must admit that I was sceptical of dealing with a travel agent outside of Australia, however, your emails and professional approach convinced me to book with your company. I must thank you for a very well organised and enjoyable journey. There was no doubt that you provided a high value for money tour. We had no complaints, everything from obtaining visas on entry to Hanoi, the accommodation and guides, the drivers and the vehicles were very good.
Our first guide (Con ?) was most helpful, his tour and explanations assisted us to understand the region well and appreciate local landmarks and culture. He was very good. The driver was courteous and careful, we could not have asked for more. The boat trip on Halong Bay was delightful; my wife really enjoyed the cruise.
Henry our second guide was full of fun, we found his guidance and friendship most interesting. His concern for little things made the trip very interesting. The vehicle was more appreciated than the first one.
Finally our guide Quin, was very knowledgeable, providing comments of the various attractions and points of interest during the journey. His recommendations for meals proved very good.
Overall, I would have no trouble recommending your company to anyone. If you wish to add my details i.e., name and email address as a reference point of contact to prospective clients, this would be acceptable to me.
Once again thank you for very enjoyable trip most trouble free journey.

Hai, on a separate issue. Our brother in law Damien is considering a trip to Vietnam next year after the February Tet holidays. His requirements may prove difficult for you to accommodate, as he is single and likes to stay in places which he discovers for a few days at times.
His requirements would be a trip schedule open to last minute adjustments. For example a trip to Sapa which may be booked for 3 days, he may wish to alter to include an extra one to five days. This maybe the basis of his requirements several times, he would like a tour which would include transport, guides and possibly hotels but with the options of being able to alter the schedule as he finds various points of interest.
Could you advise if you would be able to tailor a trip, as an open schedule journey? I await your reply with interest in order to recommend your services to him.

We had an excellent trip.  Thank you so much.  Our guide Victor was excellent as well as our driver Heip.

Our driver missed a lot of communication with us since he did not speak English, but it still worked!  That would be a suggestion for an English speaking driver, but as I said it was fine with us.  I felt he seemed left out and we felt bad for him.
Thank you again.  I would definitely recommend your company.  We did give Victor the questionnaire.

Overall, it was a splendid journey.
Hanoi:  Car, Hotel, Driver and the guide (Mr. Kuyen) were great.
My wife and daughter think that he is the cutest guide...that we had.
Street Food Tour - Superb.
Tam Coc - very nice and worth it.
Sapa: Victoria hotel - excellent,  very good swimming pool, however, very long walk and uphill to go to!!
The site definitely worth 3 full days even in our very intense schedule!!
The rice paddies and the different tribes are definitely the gem of our journey!
The guide, was very good on the planned treks between the villages and his accent was much better;
I tipped him generously since after all he was very informative and a nice guy and tried his best during the entire time during our treks.
Halong Bay  Needless to say, a  Gem Site!!!  Aphrodite Junk - Superb by all means.
Hue:  A very interesting place. Definitely worth spending a day there. The Imperial Hotel very good with a great swimming pool (!!)
Hoi-An: What a place! Our favorite one!! (We should skip Saigon and Mekong and should be staing one more day in Boutique Hoi an Hotel (Excellent hotel and Beach, the pool - very big however, the water too warm....better go to the sea....)
The Guide (and driver) were excellent. Toan is a very informative professional guide (to my opinion, the most professional one!), speak good understandable English. I highly recommend him!
Saigon:
Saigon, a very modern city, and very good hotel (a great swimming pool too).
However, beside the very important War Museum (a great learning !!) and the beautiful Post Office, we should skip this for prolonging Hoi An
The AO Opera was great and actually "saved" our justification to be in Saigon
The guide was OK
Siem Reap:
What we can say on this extraordinary gem site.
A very good way to end our trip in this magic place.
The guide and Driver were very good and tried their best for us. However, regarding the accent - see Mr. Kuyen....
We will definitively would go back to all hotels (except the "shower" joint in Lao Cai!) that we have stayed if we come back and this itinerary was immaculate (except for stay one more day in Hoi An and skip the south) .
we definitely will recommend you as a trustful tour organizer in your country.

Our trip to both Halong Bay and Sapa was fantastic. The cruise on Halong Bay was very unique and special. Lam and Huan really looked after is and made sure we all had a good time.
Sapa was beautiful. The Victoria express train and Hotel were fantastic. Our trek into the homestay was great. Our tour guide Soh was excellent.
Thank you for sending the revised time for our flight. Is it possible to change to a later time as  10:50 is a little early. Not a problem if it cannot be changed.
