 For the two-day tour, I would say it's a great experience that I had in Ho Chi Minh. The tour guide not only patient in explaining but also making the effort to talk to us and explain the history of those places.

We want to thank you so much for all the arrangements you did for our trip.  Everything was wonderful and we would highly recommend your company and you for anyone's travel plans.  In regards to the Dragon Pearl cruise, it was top notch.  It really was the highlight of the trip.  The boat is top quality, the food was fantastic, the cabins are very nice. I guess that cruise lines has a special license to cruise in areas that are not crowded at all.  We loved the kayaking and were very happy that they allowed it again.  It was also nice that the ship was not too large, it was just right. If you ever have anyone ask about a recommendation for a  Halong Bay Cruise ship, make sure you tell them the Dagon Pearl is great.  I also wanted to tell you how great our tour guide, Dinh Tien Trong was.  We have been traveling over the last forty years and always hire private guides/drivers in countries that there would be more of a language problem and difficult to drive in.  I would say Dinh Tien Trong was the best tour guide we have ever had.  He was so knowledgeable and friendly and spoke good english. He really went out of his way to make our trip special.  A good guide can make all the difference in the enjoyment of any trip, so we were blessed to have such a wonderful guide with your company and want to thank you for providing such a great guide.  We also want to praise our driver Mr. Linh.  He also was wonderful.  We felt very safe with his driving and enjoyed his company.  It was a long drive to and from Sapa and he was he was great.  He found a couple nice rest stops on the way, he also pulled over so we could get corn that we saw people cooking it on raid stands. He was willing to stop for picture shots when asked.  We also highly recommend him.  I am happy to go on any website you can suggest to recommend your company.  I am trying to figure out how to do it on Trip Advisor since I don't see your exact company name as a listing on Trip Advisor.  Do you have any suggestions for me to make recommendations for your company.  Also, if anyone asks for a recommendation in the future, I would be happy to give them a personal one.  Everything went so smooth from the first time I contacted you throughout the whole trip.  We loved everything we did on our itinerary and the lunches you provided were very nice.  You provide a quality service that everyone should know about.

Hi! We just want to express our gratitude for such a nice trip. It was well planned and Bao was so sweet and helpful. It was lovely to hear him explain about Vietnamese culture and history. He is one of the best Tourguides we’ve ever had!

We all had wonderful cruise food and the sightseeing of Halong Bay was very good. I and my family enjoy so much the 2days/1night on Swan cruise. Now we are back in Viet View Hotel.

 I would like to thank your company for all that you have done to make our trip to Vietnam such a wonderful experience. Our focus was to bring our daughter back to Vietnam to explore her heritage, as we adopted her from Thai Nguyen region in 2003. Ms Yen Ha did so much more than arrange tour guides, transportation, and recommend sites to see. She was able to arrange a meeting for my daughter to visit the orphanage where she was cared for. That day will never be forgotten and means more than you will ever know. Her efforts can never be repaid by us, but all of you will be forever in our hearts. Mr Trong took us all over the country and his spirit is so energetic and kind. He taught us so much and helped ensure that we had an amazing experience. And his work at the orphanage to help us interact with the children and the staff will always be in our hearts. We already knew that Vietnam was a beautiful country with amazing people, but we were able to see so much more new beautiful sites and meet many wonderful people. Vietnamtour.com.vn (VietnamTour Co., Ltd) on it part did a marvellous job of my entire trip.They monitored every aspect of my tour and the Tour Operators at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh did a magnificent job.
A special mention is made on the efforts put in by NGOC HA(Ms) and Thuy Thanh and Ms Hong who took special interest to ensure that my entire trip went off very smoothly.
Lastly, I thank NGOC HA (Ms) for making such a wonderful programme as per my desire covering North, Central and South Vietnam including Cambodia.I enjoyed the trip very much and due to the warmth and caring by everyone from Vietnamtour.com.vn,the minor niggles has been ignored by me in total.
