Cancellation policy
As a rule, unless otherwise stated, all cancellation must be informed in writing by email, fax or urgent call. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
After our confirmation and purchased tickets or booking hotel’s room: apply policy of airlines, cruise and hotels
30 days prior arrival: free of charge on land tour
30 - 15 days prior arrival: 30% of charge
15 - 7 days prior arrival: 50% of charge
7 - 4 days prior arrival: 75% of charge
4 days or no show: 100% of charge

Refund and compensation
If you have any trouble with our services, staff, vehicles or something like that, please complain to us in 24 hours. We will try our best to deal with your problems and offer you the refund or compensation base on each circumstance. Any complaints after 24hours (from the time of problems) will not be handled.
No amount of refunds and compensations will be paid due to special circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, political instability, third party strike.
