We all had wonderful cruise food and the sightseeing of Halong Bay was very good. I and my family enjoy so much the 2days/1night on Swan cruise. Now we are back in Viet View Hotel.

 I would like to thank your company for all that you have done to make our trip to Vietnam such a wonderful experience. Our focus was to bring our daughter back to Vietnam to explore her heritage, as we adopted her from Thai Nguyen region in 2003. Ms Yen Ha did so much more than arrange tour guides, transportation, and recommend sites to see. She was able to arrange a meeting for my daughter to visit the orphanage where she was cared for. That day will never be forgotten and means more than you will ever know. Her efforts can never be repaid by us, but all of you will be forever in our hearts. Mr Trong took us all over the country and his spirit is so energetic and kind. He taught us so much and helped ensure that we had an amazing experience. And his work at the orphanage to help us interact with the children and the staff will always be in our hearts. We already knew that Vietnam was a beautiful country with amazing people, but we were able to see so much more new beautiful sites and meet many wonderful people. Thank you so much for everything and I look forward to the next trip. Scott

Vietnamtour.com.vn (VietnamTour Co., Ltd) on it part did a marvellous job of my entire trip.They monitored every aspect of my tour and the Tour Operators at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh did a magnificent job.
A special mention is made on the efforts put in by NGOC HA(Ms) and Thuy Thanh and Ms Hong who took special interest to ensure that my entire trip went off very smoothly.
Lastly, I thank NGOC HA (Ms) for making such a wonderful programme as per my desire covering North, Central and South Vietnam including Cambodia.I enjoyed the trip very much and due to the warmth and caring by everyone from Vietnamtour.com.vn,the minor niggles has been ignored by me in total.

We had a great time with the this tour. I filled out my review, but wanted to add that Thuong tried to see if my friends flight times could be altered so they could spend more time with us. That was very nice and although there was no option to change their departure, the effort to help was appreciated. 
Also I loved the birthday cake and hospitality I received from Thuong so that my birthday felt truly special. It was a nice surprise for me. Great job!

I am writing to you with reference to our recent trip in October to Vietnam( Karen Dsouza Group-5 pax )
Firstly, I would like to thank you for all the help rendered to us for the trip especially accommodating our last minute changes.
It was perfectly and timely organised and all our tour guides were extremely helpful and kind.
All the hotels booked were really nice and clean, meals and restaurants chosen for the local cuisine was perfect. The transport arrangements too were well coordinated and organised.
We all enjoyed the cruise at Halong bay with Swan Cruises, Mia the tour guide kept us cheerful and entertained the whole trip.
Central Vietnam too had a lot of history and culture & was quite different from the north. We would definitely want to see more of Vietnam on our next trip!
We have only two points of feedback on our Trip,
1. Kindly check on the meal preference and reconfirm, as we had to inform them that we wanted non-veg for the initial few days.
2. Sapa, was a beautiful city. We would however recommend that you inform the tourist to carry a pair of trekking or comfortable closed walking shoes for the trip & also inform them about the distance that they will need to walk.
Unfortunately, it’s only when we met our guide (Sorry I have forgotten his name) that he informed us we would be needed to walk around 8 kms the next day through the villages. We would have preferred to know about this earlier so we could be better prepared.
We will be providing your contact details to a few of our colleagues who will contact you for their trip arrangements as well as and when needed.

The sunrise at Angkor Wat is the happiest memory while the Killing Fields of Phnom Penh was the most moving one. Excellent trip. Comfortable stay, well taken care of by the guides, the drivers and the hotels we stayed in. Our guide in Siam Reap, Ny Danith was excellent. He knew he subject well and took initiative to take us to Indian restaurants (one meal was included everyday) which was great for my parents.   He also gave us options for slide modifications in the itinerary in terms of timing and places to see which suited NY aged parents.Hotels : GoodCab & Driver : Excellent, Services: Excellent.
