Dear Miss Yen Ha and Mr Lee

My family and I had a great time during our holiday in Ho Chi Minh. Mr Lee was really nice and friendly. The van provided was comfortable and spacious. Meals were also good and tasty. Since I was eager to try your local Pho mee and shrimp goi cuon (hope the spelling is right), I went to local restaurant next to my hotel to buy the dish. The cruise was great, especially it has traditional music performance.

Overall, we really enjoyed every minute we spent in Ho Chi Minh. I will definitely promote your services to my colleagues, friends, and family members. In fact, I might be going to Ho Chi Minh in couple of months time to buy more cotton and silk materials for my business. Perhaps you can suggest other places besides Ben Thanh and Binh Thay market for me to get good material in cheaper price :-)

Yes, I had wonderful trip. Thank you for making the arrangement.

- The Hotel was very good/comfortable and easy for us to find food. For meals, the portion is too big actually for 3 of us:)
- The trip to Halong Bay was good as well as the Driver/tour guide provides ample time for us to stop for rest since it's a quite a long trip
-  The Tour Guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Overall, we're did enjoy our trip to Hanoi, will definitely recommend you to my friends & family.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have both been very busy since our return.
Yes we really enjoyed our 5 week holiday in Vietnam.
It was extremely well organized (thanks to you). Everything worked like clockwork.

Accommodation.
Hotel Charming 2
was only 3.5 star but we really liked it. Rooms perhaps a little dated but clean and big. Breakfast was excellent.
Ha Long Boat:
Very nice cabin(we were upgraded) . Meals nicely presented but not very tasty
Romance (5 star).
Very nice room but a bit noisy from the street. Also flashing lights shining into room. Breakfast: selection large but not really tasty.
Hoi An hotel:
Nice room. Breakfast OK but nothing special
Viet Star (Tuy Hoa);
Upgraded. Very nice large room and bathroom. Breakfast very good
Ho Chi Min (Elinos:) Depends on room.
Grand deluxe (upgraded on last day) was nice.
Senior Superior room OK but small and drab.
Breakfast at Elinos was very good.
Mekong Delta:
Hotel nice. Breakfast OK

Drivers:
All very good. Felt safe

Guides:
All good and knowledgeable. Good English. Best was in Ho Chi Minh. She was always concerned and interested in our well being.

Lunch and Diners:
Best lunch was in Hanoi - excellent.

All in all a very nice holiday. Our homestay and the resorts we stayed at privately were also very good.
Vietnamese people: Always kind and nice. Getting to know them was the highlight.

Thank you for your email,my apologies for the delay in replying. I have been very busy at work then became very ill and now catching up at work again.
I would like to thank you & Vietnam Tour for a wonderful holiday and if it is possible I would like to go back one day.
I enjoyed all that I saw, experienced & learnt in Vietnam & Cambodia, the people & the country were beautiful, very kind & friendly. I wish the best for them & the country!
I found the weather extremely hotter than I had seen on weather graphs for Vietnam in summer time. All the drivers were excellent and the guides for Sapa, Halong Bay, Da Nang,Hue & Hoi An as well as Ho Chi Minh and Cambodia were excellent, I hope you can retain them & treat them well.
The tour went very well and was well organised. Hotels & their staff were very helpful & the restaurants were very enjoyable with great food.
Yourself & Vietnam Tour were always helpful, I am very pleased to recommend you to friends and other people.

To be honest when booking with your good office I had some hesitation same as all customers booking with an unknown travel agent in a foreign country.
However you have meet and exceed our expectation and always be kind to assist and also a trustworthy travel agent which provided all that have been agreed.
We enjoyed in full our holidays and all arrangement you have made for us.
Here is some quick feedback from our side:
Accommodation: All hotel are highly accommodated also the small bungalow hotel is Hoi AN is a great solution with low Budget. Best accommodation was the Intercontinental in NHA Trnag and best Service In the MIA in Mui NE.
Car: Everything was great and the big van was ideal for our big family and 10 pieces of luggage plus two strollers!! (J All drives were very good, very careful in their driving and always assisting and make stops
When it was required. Only exception was the last day the driver we had in the HCM from airport /town/airport who was apparently not in his best mood that day!! Not very polite and no smile! Plus no English!
Meals: Above expectation to be honest as we do have expect that will be such good and nice restaurants. Food was always plenty. Best was the restaurant in NHA trang on the island.
Guides: The best was the last one in HUE very professional and very good knowledge. Other were good as well and always helpful and especially the one in HCM, he has assisted us may times for some local arrangement and guidelines
Thanks once again and for sure of we have any friends from Cyprus willing to visit Vietnam we will highly rec your office.
