We chosen Phuong Trang Bus over Tam Hanh Bus and Sinh Tourist. They provided a professional services and clean bus We were greeted and advised of the trip itenary so we know when and what to expect. Their stops are much more
cleaner and civilized. The bus guide gentlemen was very courtesy and helpful. The bus driver attended to a lots of personal phone calls while driving through busy traffic and narrow mountain pass with one hand.

Novela  hotel facility and accomodation is much better than Da Lat Plaza. Breakfast at Da Lat Plaza has more Asian than Western foods and vice versa at Novela.

Day tour trips , drivers and tour guides were good.
Overall , we enjoyed our trip very much.
Your time and assistance is greatly appreciated and looking forward to travel with Viet Nam Tour again.

We are safely back in Toronto Canada after a wonderful trip!
Tom and I wish to thank  you, Hai Yen, for a most memorable time in Hanoi!
Needless to say, the hotel you suggested for us, L'Hotel de L'Opera, was  central and beautifully located in the old French Quarter. The large quiet modern room overlooking the inner courtyard, the breakfasts, and most of all the generous service, were suburb. Our guides, especially Sam, were very willing to please, and fun.
Thank you Hai Yen for all your hard work - we will not forget Hanoi and all the experiences we had!

Hello Ms. Hai Yen

I am so sorry I have not replied earlier but we both went straight back to work the day after we landed two weeks ago and life has been very busy every day since!
Our holiday in Vietnam & Cambodia was one we will never forget, encountering a new and enlightening culture . The places we visited and sights we saw were all amazing, the people we met were so friendly and the guides we had were all so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In addition the staff at the Ho Chi Minh City office were delightful.  We are also so glad we chose to do the Mekong homestay - a unique experience and with such a lovely family, who made us feel very welcome.
Since we have been back home we have so many interesting tales to tell our friends.  We had a wonderful time mainly due to the fact that everything was all so smoothly organised by Vietnam Tour Co.  
We would like to thank you and your team for all your hard work and kindness (and patience, as we changed our minds on a couple of occasions quite near to departure!).  To all our friends who want to visit Vietnam we say “ Yes, you will love this incredible country but make sure you ask Ms. Hai Yen and the Vietnam Tour Co. to help you have a great time!”

2. Tour Guide: Excellent (Note: We want the same tour guide for the next trip)
3. Hotel: Excellent (Note: It is preferable if the hotel has a swimming pool as it can be side activity apart from activity as in the itinerary)
4. Food: Excellent (Note: For the next trip maybe can have more variety of food: Vietnam local food etc because some of clients also want to taste the local food)
5. Itinerary: Excellent (Note: It’s good that the activities are flexible so that it can meet with the group needs)
