Dear Ms Ha Ngoc,

Thank you for making this Vietnam trip a wonderful and memorable holiday for my family. All your advices and links are very helpful to prepare myself as a first timer to Vietnam. The itinerary prepared is according to my preference. Only during Mekong River cruise my wife did not follow and stayed in the hotel for safety reason due to leg injury.

Very punctual. Very patience. Very helpful. Very informative about the places that we visited. Good spoken English.
Mr Thai arrived on time to pick us up for visiting in the morning and to bring us for dinner.  As I had informed earlier that my wife suffered leg injury and she has been on wheel chair most of the time. Mr Thai was there to assist us
while crossing the road and also helped to push from one point to another. He helped a lot pushing around especially at Chu Chi tunnel. The ground there was not even and pushing the wheel chair at times can
be quite difficult. I appreciate the assistance that Mr Thai had provided to my family
throughout the trip.

Very punctual. Very helpful. Drive safely. The driver helped to carry up and down the wheel chair from the mini
bus. He drove in a very safe manner. We reached each destination without
any incident.

Very comfortable. Air Con was good.

Local guide very helpful. Very informative about the places we visited. Good spoken English.
She will advise me on how much to tip as I was not aware that there are tips to be given for the folk singer, sampan ride and boat man. I was also happy that the boat we took was for my family only. Also life
vest is available. However, I did not see the floating market.

First I would like to apologise for the late reply. I was busy with work after coming back from the trip.
I would like to thank you for planning this wonderful trip. We enjoyed our holiday in Hanoi very much.
The hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Meals provided were good and the resturants we went were clean.
The time schedule for places of interest/programs was well-planned. This was something we were looking for; a relaxing trip!
The tour guide, Mr Truong is very friendly and knowledgeable. He attended to our requests all times!
Visting cave is not enjoyable as the place was swamped with tourists. Peak season I guessed. However I enjoyed cruising around Halong Bay as it was very relaxing. The junk is good and comfortable.
Just a minor flaw during the trip. There was no row number written /printed on our Water puppet show’s tickets. As a result, 7 of us were standing in front of all the audience for about 10 to 15 minutes, waiting for the usher to check with the ticket sales office. It was very embarrassing!
Neverthless, my group are happy with the holiday. Your professionalism has made our trip an enjoyable one!

its a 4 days coming back from our vacation in Vietnam ,enjoyed all the places we've visited.
hotels,assistance,were very good kindness of the guide in halong bay,sapa and Hanoi were exellent.
The only thing we don't liked has been the train comin g back from Sapa (don't remember the name)
it wasn't at the same standard of Sapaly express.
Your organization has been exellent,thanks for your assistance.
If we decided to coming back in Vietnam (including Cambodia and Laos) certainly i'll contact you
for a planing our route.

We are indeed happy with our tour to Sapa, Lao San the tour guide was very good and the Transfer to Train station & Airport was on time The hotel Eden Sapa, Le foyer Hotel Hanoi,Pearl hotel Halong bay was excellent,However the tour guide for Halong Bay/Hanoi was not experience. Come back for another trip where the train can take us further. As for Halong Bay, the cruise was too long, and the boat was not well maintain.

We arrived home yesterday, we went to Bangkok for a week after we left Vietnam.
Thank You very much for a wonderful trip, we have fallen in love with Vietnam and will certainly be coming back.

Feedback re our trip:
Ho Chi Minh: accommodation at the Grand Silverland was very good with a very good breakfast choice.
Tour Guide Pho an absolute gem she is the best.
Tour to Chu Chi Tunnels etc was excellent.
Tour to the Mekong was unbelievable.
Driver and vehicle very good and safe. Transfers all very smooth.
Hoi Ann: accommodation at Thuy Dong Hotel here only fair, rather an old run down place. Breakfast very limited with few choices.
Tour from Hoi An to Hue was very scenic over the Hai Van Pass.
Driver and vehicle very good and safe. Transfers all smooth.
Lunch at Danang was the best.
Hue: accommodaton at the Romance Hotel very good. Breakfast selection good.
Tour guide here was confused with transfer arrangement, entries etc .
Tours: Good
Driver and vehicle very good.
Hanoi: accommodation at the Chalcedony Hotel very good with good breakfast selection.
Tours: Water Puppet Show was excellent. Other places in Hanoi very interesting.
Halong Bay trip an absolute feature of our trip it runs very smoothly. A truly beautiful place.
Accommodation, meals and activities well organised. Nam our guide was a real character with a great personality.
The trip to Ninh Bah and Tam Coc was a great day I still cannot believe they row the boats with their feet!!!
All entries and meals provided were very good with many choices.
  
We were sad when the Tour came to and end, your Company provided more than we expected and we were amazed that we had both a guide and driver everyday.
We will spread the word in Australia about VIETNAM TOUR.

HI Ms Anh,
We arrive at Hue train station on 2 October at 8am.  We would like to do a day tour in Hue and then get taken across the Hai Van Pass and dropped off in Hoi An at our hotel.  Is there any tour you know that we could do?
Also, We arrive into Ho Chi Minh airport at 10.30 in the morning on the 7th October and we wanted to organise a trip to see the Chu Chi Tunnels and then drop off to hotel – might this be possible?
Other, two day tour from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta leaving on 8 October 2012 and staying in a homestay overnight. Would you have any details of tours we might like to consider?
