Vietnam was wonderful with many beautiful places and people

Hello Ms Hai Yen,

Thank you for enquiring about us. We are all doing fine, at the moment recovering from our trip. The trip to Vietnam was wonderful with many beautiful places and people. I am glad to have been able to expose my children to your country's beauty.
All in all, the services provided by your company was good and to our expectation. I am thankful to have your contact because you really helped us a lot with regards to transport. Our first train ride in Vietnam on Fanxipan was good. I remember in 1 of your emails, you suggested taking Fanxipan as it is newer and thus more comfortable.Thank you for the suggestion. The train was rather clean and services rendered by the train staff good also. However the train to Hue wasn't as good. It was definitely older than Fanxipan and there were cockroaches in the cabin. This caused some of my family members a sleepless night. The cabin was also slightly smaller than Fanxipan.

With regards to the drivers, they were relatively good and did their job well. Mr Tran and your other staff were definitely helpful and went beyond their normal call of duties to help us.
I hope my feedback are helpful. Thank you once again for all the help that your company has rendered to us while we were in Vietnam. I will definitely recommend Vietnam, particularly Sapa and Halong, as a must go holiday destination.

Thank you once again and have a great day!

Discover North Vietnam 8 days/7 nights

Dear Ms Hai Yen,
We had a wonderful visit to Hanoi/Sapa/Halong/Tam Coc last week, thanks to your good planning and service standards. We enjoyed ourselves very much and have great insight of your country and culture. The guides and drivers provided were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We enjoy their company very much, especially May Ni & Quyen. Please convey our thanks to them as we have carelessly misplaced the email addresses given to us.
Attached are some photos with May Ni & Quyen. Would appreciate it if you could forward to them. As for Duy, sorry to say we can only find a picture of his hidden face in the cabin of the train.
Bye

Warmest Regards
Julie Chan

thank you enough for making all the arrangement

Dear Ms Yen,
I couldn't thank you enough for making all the arrangement and ensuring that our trip went so well, not including the fact that you made it happe at last minute.
We had a really good time in Sapa! Mey Pham, our guide, was really helpful and we enjoy going around Sapa with her. Even our driver was a really nice guy and made sure that we have enough time to tour around and take photos as well. It's definitely 5-star treatment for everyone.
As for the train, it was really nice to be in a private cabin on our way back. It was really comfortable and relaxing. I love the train rides, even though I think I will have difficulty if I were to take the train by myself.
All in all, I really appreciate the service rendered by Vietnam Tour. It was very worthy and memorable. Thank you so much.
I'll definitely stay in touch and request for your service whenever I can.
Until then, take care and see you soon.

Regards,
Adam

Thank you Lan Anh for all your help and good advice.

We had a very special time in Sapa and we are already planning to come back to Vietnam and visit Sapa again!
We particularly enjoyed the train trip up to Sapa - it was like being on the Orient Express. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we loved the private cabin and slept well. The trip back was good too but the Aircon stopped in the middle of the night and it became quite hot in the cabin.

Our pickup from Lao Cai was simple and our guide Chai was exceptional! She has great knowledge of the hill people and their history and has a great sense of humour and speaks English very well. We had a wonderfulwalk through the villages and we are keen to do a homestay next visit. Chai will be a very successful guide and I'm sure she is destined for great things in her life. The Victoria Hotel was great and the chef there is superb! We had three courses each and each one was fantastic! Our compliments to the chef. The best meal we have had in Vietnam.

The Sapa View breakfast was good but not great. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the view. We would probably eat somewhere different next time for breakfast. The Pho at the Victoria was very good. We have been comparing throughout Vietnam and I think it is still at the top (although my wife makes the best ;-)).

Topas Ecolodge Cabins were very comfortable and would have a stunning view on a clear day, but we did not have a clear day - who can help that?! We would probably not go back there as it does not offer the variety of experiences that Sapa has. The staff were all very young and I think some people would value the advice of someone older at times. The young staff werefriendly and helpful but I think still learning. We were held captive by the Red Dao women on our walks and although we like their conversation and advice, it is impossible to have walk without them.
Overall, we loved our trip to Vietnam and Sapa was a special time in our trip. We will definitely be back and seeking your help and advice again Lan Anh!

Now we are back in Germany,

Dear Ms. Hai Yen,
sorry for the late answer. Now we are back in Germany, and it is cold and
rainy.
We want express our thanks for your perfect organisation.
Your fantastic guides showed us the magic of Northern Vietnam.
Especially the visit to the home from Thuy May in Sapa was impressing.
Your guide in Hanoi, Mr. Quin, has a great knowledge about the
destinations.  He timed the trip absolutly perfect and we could visit
Tam Coc and a phantastic cave in Halong bay without seeing any other
tourists. The drivers worked very safe and the cars were very
comfortably. We also enjoyed the stay in the hotels.
It was one of the best trips, we ever made.
For our next Vietnamtrip we will choose your company definitely.

Best Regards

Thank you Mrs & Mr.Gera

  Dear Mrs. Yen,
  Thank you for your mail.
We are happy to tell you that your service was very good.
You have arranged everything very efficiently , all your replies were quick
And clear. All the arrangements were good. You gave us the perfect guide
Which understood our special taste and was very kind to make all the small
Changes to expertly suit what we wanted. The hotels out of Hanoi were fine
  (especially the one in Halong).
The only comments we have are on the lunches. After having the first one on the first day
In Hanoi, we decided not to use these TOURISTS MENUS and had made and paid for our own
Arrangements. But the lunch on the boat in Halong Bay was very nice.
All in all we enjoyed very much and thank you very much again.

Hello from NZ

Dear Ms Hai Yen,
We have now had time to reflect on our holiday in Vietnam and would like to give you our feedback.
First of all, you organised an excellent tour for us and everything went smoothly. There were no hitches, it was so
well planned.
Secondly our guides were all keen and enthusiastic but we would especially single out Lee in Hoi An and Tom in Nha
Trang/Dalat. They were more experienced, knowledgeable and spoke good English.
Thirdly, our accommodation was generally excellent and gave us a good flavour of small family run hotels in Hanoi and
HCMC with unexpected luxury at My Tra and Dalat. Hoi An was comfortable with huge rooms but the Nha Trang hotel was a
little disappointing; our rooms were very small.
Fourthly the tours and trips were again excellent. There were too many highlights to mention but I really enjoyed
Halong Bay, the Red Bridge cooking class and Cu Chi tunnels.
Fifthly, we enjoyed our eating experiences and were very surprised at the high quality of the set lunches (in our
experience they are usually predictable and ordinary).

So once again, many thanks for a great tour and introduction to your wonderful country.
We would certainly recommend you to our friends.
We look forward to returning and using your services again.
Regards,
Helen Thornburgh.

Thank you Ms.Jane Lowe & Family

Hi Mrs Hai Yen,
Thank-you for your e mail. We absolutely loved our trip to Vietnam. It is such a lovely country and so many interesting things to see. The only trip we didn't really enjoy was the tour on the Island in the Mekong Delta. We really felt it was all about trying to extract more money from us. e.g. some locals entertaining us with some singing, then tipping the donkey ride drivers etc. It was a series of different events and they all made us feel uncomfortable as we didn't really know what the normal procedure was. We really loved the tour we did to the floating market though which we did before the Island tour. All our other tours we booked through you were really fantastic.
Trip was absolutely amazing and I have passed your name onto other friends who are planning to travel to Vietnam!

Many thanks for all your help!
Kind Regards,
Jane Lowe

Thank you Ms. Christina & family

Hi Ms Hai Yen,
It is absolutely amazing to recieve this email from you. The least expected from a travel agent...especially on my 1st day back at home. Wonderfully surprising!
You did a wonderful job right from the start of helping me tie down the trip in within 2-3days. Your promptness, proactiveness and command of the English language are plus points. I truely appreciate your flexibility in my payment. I was on the verge of confirming with another company but they didn't have the flexible payment option so I decided to jump ship over to your company.

Both you and Diep are excellent service providers. Your company has found a gem. All your service partners are wonderful too. Our tour guide in Sapa: Ms So did a great job. Our contact person (sorry I forgot his name) who helped us get onboard the train to sapa and recieved us back from Sapa, he was amazing too.

We like the point to point contact person you have set up throughout the trip. It made us felt safe and well looked after. We knew that you guys have got everything settled and we had a peace of mind.
Feedback
Regarding our 1hr 10mins delayed pick up to Halong bay on 14Sep: The tour guide could have called the hotel to inform guests about the delay. At least we know what is happening. Rather than be kept wondering and waiting. Taking this extra step will greatly cease any unhappiness.

Thank you for your email. We'll definately contact you again for our future travels to indochina.
Blessings,
Christina & Family.
