Gill my wife and I are heading back in July with friends.
I normally organize all my own flights and accommodation,but if I give you my current details you may wish to look at it for me.
 
 1) Hoi an Sunrise resort arrive 29th july for 9 nights staying in suite.
 2) Hanoi Metropole 1 night 7th aug, 2013. Club room.
 3) Flights on Vietnam Air I have read that they have a flight from Danang to Macau (China)
 Could you see if these flights go 6th or 7th aug,2013
 
All the above could change subject to flights.

Hi Ms Ha Ngoc,
 
Sorry for not replying earlier as I have been busy lately. Have to make some money after my holiday in Vietnam.!
Overall I am reasonably happy with the tour arrangement by your company. However there could be some improvement that can be done.

1. Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, we were not able to view the body of the great leader lying in state because it was a Friday. The water puppet show is very good because it is very unique and special.
 
2. We enjoyed the perfume pagoda even though there was not many people there.
 
3. Tam Coc - because of the off season there was not much to see. There were no rice fields so only the 3 caves.
 
4. The Sapaly train was good but a little time consuming. 8 hrs per trip takes a lot of time. If there is a faster train or transport to Sapa it should be considered. One night in Sapa is not enough. After the train ride one should spend at least 2 nights in Sapa.
 
5. Halong Bay is interesting and a unique experience. Food on board is commendable. Crew very friendly and accommodating.
 
6. Guides. Mr. Truong is a good and knowledgable guide. Very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to use him if to visit again.Guide in Sapa ( can't remember her name) is also very friendly and accommodating. Both guides made sure we boarded the train safely which I think is highly commendable.
Maybe you should give us some guideline on how to tip the guides and driver. We hope we have tip them enough! Drivers and car is also good.
 
7.meals..can't comment much as we did not pre book your meals but overall we enjoyed the Vietnamese food.
 
Anyways we had a reasonable good holiday and I have already made plans to visit Ho Chi Minh in August 2013!
By the way do u do golf tours for Hanoi? If you do maybe you can give me some quotes for the tours. Maybe a 5 days 4 nights , 3 rounds of golf?

Halong Bay - Excellent Guide, Boat & Crew, Food & Tour. We also meet another Guide named Xuan Loc Nguyen. We have become good friends with Nam Koi & Xuan Loc Nguyen which was a huge bonus to our holiday, to come home with new Vietnamese friends. We spent a unforgettable New Years Eve at Halong Bay.
Hue - Excellent Guide, Driver, Food, Hotel & Tours.
HoiAn - Excellent Guide, Driver, Food, Hotel & Tours. We also loved our free time in HoiAn to discover the city and the local people. A special mention of the HoiAn Hotel, Excellent.
Ho Chi Minh City- Excellent Guide, Driver, Food, Hotel & Tours. Our guide Lucy was fantastic and very interested in our country and life style as well as sharing the vietnamese country. Our driver Mr Thom was not only exceptional but also a very kind & friendly man. We have also come away from Ho Chi Ming City with Lucy & Mr Thom as friends. The things we didn't enjoy as much were our Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, The Lavender Hotel had excellent service but I am claustrophobic and struggled with the hotel not having windows. Also our trip to the Mekong Delta was a bit of a let down as we expected to see more floating markets. This was no anyones fault but just our expectations were different to what we saw. Your tour company was everything it promised to be and more. Everything was extremely well organized. Your communication with me was excellent and you were very patient. I would be more than happy to recommend Vietnam Tours. Thank you so much for a unforgettable holiday.

We wish to cover HCM City, CuChi and Mekong River (similar to your 4D/3N package) but the 4th day we want to just stay in HCM shopping. This means for the 4th day, we just book the hotel. You will send us to HCM airport on the 5th day. My team will consist of 10 adults and we intend to arrive HCM on Monday 10 December, 2012.

Hi, My family enjoyed the whole trip
1) Guide
Our guide Mr Dao was the best tour guides we ever had and he had a very deep knowledge of what he's tasked to do and also about the places we visited especially the Chu Chi Tunnels and he's also helpful in every way. Like for eg: We had a couple of shirt to be made on day one and there was a mix up in the delivery due to hotel room change as we checked out on day 2 and checked in back on day 3 so our guide went down back to the shop to collect it from us on day 4. He was also the person who was punctual(On time) this makes us confident on him. He's also friendly to chat with also.
2) Cruise and Cars
The transportation were clean and comfortable and was ready to use at any point of time. Our driver was also on time
3) Accomodation
The hotel was ok in Ho Chi Minh a strategic location for shopping and walking around
The hotel in Vung Tau was ok but its abit too sceluded and also quite far from the main beaches.

Overall the whole package was ok and exceeds beyond our expectations for a family trip.

(Reason: We don't plan on using Lion Air as our airline choice)

6) How do we settle the payments?
7) How we check our confirmation?
8) If my family is agreeable to one of your packages (as we plan to pick one), what is the timeframe to confirm and book the package to the actual trip?
