A tour which was planned well and executed in an excellent manner. We were well looked after by Hai Yen, who was always very responsive, fothtright and timely right from our planning stage. She was accomadative and understanding and in contact with us throughout our tour. Being a private tour for four of us, the gudes and the vehicles provided were very good. They were always on time and we could just concentrate on enjoying our tour. The lunches provided were great and we had asked for local food only. I strongly recommend this company if you want a leisurely and great tour.

Hi Ha Ngoc,
Did a 9 day trip in Oct with them, went to Siem Reap, Saigon, Hanoi & Luang Prabang. Excellent planning for the whole trip & good coordination. Managed to see a lot in all the cities with their very knowledgeable tour guides. Since I was travelling solo, Ms Ha and Ms Thuy kept in touch frequently. Was a good experience with them!

We used this company to book our 13 day Vietnam holiday for 2 adults and 4 children via the internet from Australia. The service was excellent. All emails and requests promptly answered. Multiple changes made to suit our needs and requests to get the perfect package. They arranged everything except our international flight but worked around this. The tour ran so smoothly. All tour guides were friendly, spoke English, were on time and very accommodating to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. We received several upgrades along the way which was icing on the cake. The tour was great value for money and much cheap then packages we looked at with Australian Travel agents. We definitely would recommend them and use them again!

It was an amazing trip! Won’t forget it and really love your service and care of your team! 
No mistakes on your ends just a few things that might help for future people booking the Sapa trek, you might have mentioned I’m not sure but here’s a few things;
-maybe let people know they should get rain boots as it was extremely muddy and slippery
-let people know to come to the office address and is seperate and quite far from the station, we got very confused and ended up paying for luggage storage at the station (you probably mentioned this to me earlier just didn’t realise)
-Advise people to set an alarm 30-45min before train stops as we ended up being very rushed and nearly missed the tour guide because we didn’t realise we were at the stop
-Inform travellers not to wear good clothes when hiking as may very easily be ruined with the mud or torn in hike
-The travel adapter we have for Vietnam did not work on train as there is 2 in Vietnam and the one we have works in most places but not on train, maybe inform people of that
Otherwise, it was an amazing trip and you guys did really well with organising it! Just a couple of tips that might make the trip smoother for people!

Good afternoon ms. Lan, we are now on the way back to Hanoi. The cruise was really nice including the activities and the guide was nice too. The weather was not so bad the rain was not heavy but the wind was quite strong during the night.
