Greeting back from Bangkok!
We're doing well, thank you so much! Hope you do the same.
We had such a great time in Hanoi, Halong, Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. Our favourite one was Tam Coc with a great scenery. I love the plan that we went to Hoa Lu in the morning and went to Tam Coc in the afternoon. My mum really loves row the boat and my dad got Vietnamese hat back to our house, great protection from Vietnamese raining during the days we were there. Boat at Halong was nice and please give our regard to guides on both days. They're really helpful and entertained especially a guide from the first day to Halong. I don't know how to pronounce his name but he's a nice one with good English speaker though. He helped my dad took off the bus as my dad is pretty old and he inconvenience to move down the bus.
And overall was really nice and the hotel was well friendly and helpful too. I love the look of the hotel and our room was clean and perfect for 3 people as a family. Next time, i'm sure will use your great service again and this time will be in Sapa.

 I'm interested in Time Hotel and Boss Hotel. So the rate you gave me are the rates for a triple room from hotels? If so, on the website, i'm really interested in Boss Hotel's family suite but the price is pretty high. Do you have more choice for any other hotels with under $50 per night?
 I'm actually having an eye on Cozy Hotel Hanoi but not sure if you had any contact rate with them. I do love traditional hotel style.

we are back in Hanoi and we wanted to thank you so much for the good service!
It was very nice that someone showed us the way to our cabin on the way to Lao cai and that someone was waiting for us this early morning to bring us to our hotel. The trip with the train was also good.

 I have read some great comments about your services and would like ask if you can help organise the train
 For 5 people from Hanoi on the 4th June, 1010 to Sapa/Lao Cai.
 The 5 of us will be arriving in Hanoi at 1300 on the 4th June, 2010.
 I have looked at the 6 berth on the Royal Sapa Train or the six sleeper room in the Livitrans train but am
 unsure if they are soft beds. We would like to be able to go to a restaurant as well.

We have just returned from our holiday in Vietnam and would like to thank you for organising our tickets for the train to Sapa. They were delivered to the Golden Sun 4 in Hanoi and promised - so very good service on your behalf. We were very happy with the train and the service we received.
