We are back from our trip with lovely memories of this beautiful country.
The history behind the places we visited, the natural beauty, the delicious cuisine and above all the warmth of the people made our trip memorable.
We went through Vietnam Tours on the recommendation of a friend who had used their services last year and believe me we have no regrets !
We opted to take the Visa on arrival. Since we had printed the online form, filled it and kept it ready with the necessary fees and photos, we were done and out in less than 15 mins.
The transport was good and punctual. The hotels were not fancy 4 & 5 star ones, but they were comfortable, clean and well located and the tour guides were helpful all times.
The tour coordinator made it a point to check with us about our food preferences, allergies etc and these were adhered to strictly. We opted for the local cuisine. The meals served were good in most places with set menus except Ho Chi Min where we had problems.....the first day the lunch was served very late, around 4.30 pm after having visited the Cu chi tunnels and the next day, though it was Vietnamese, it was definitely not upto the mark. 
All in all it was a wonderful trip.

We just came back from our customized 14 day private tour to Vietnam. 

From the beginning of our email communication with Mrs Hai Yen, we understood that we are dealing with very good professionals of tourism. Everything was cared for our 2 weeks tour in advance and all the guides and drivers in all locations we visited were very hospitable, friendly and professional. We have the best impressions from our guides: Thang, Maya, Quin, Ricky, Anh, Nam and Dan. We had an amazing experience getting to know the soul of this nation and being enchanted by it's unique landscapes and natural sceneries. The Marble mountain was our favorite religious site and Hoi An our favorite cultural heritage site. From the rice farms in Sapa up North to the rivers of Mekong Delta in the South this country has unique beauty. Go for it!

In Feb / March 2019, I did Angkor Wat in Cambodia for 4 days and flew to Ho Chi Minh City for the 9 day tour arranged by Vietnam Tour Co. Ltd. I covered the major points of interest at Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta, Danang, Ba Na Hills, How An, Hanoi, Lan Ha Bay etc. Arrangements were excellent, the Four star hotels were very good and the Tour Company took special care of my Vegetarian food requirements. Golden Bridge and Ba NA Hills very beautiful and impressive.

We were on a cruise ship that had a day at the Chan May Terminal, near DaNang. The day before we were there we decided to book the tour to the Bana Hills and the Golden Bridge (Sun World Bana Hills Park). 
Between the last minute booking, and the need to arrange for transportation from the Cruise port to Da Nang (about 40 Km or 25 miles) it was not the smoothest start. However, the Vietnam Tour Co guide and office stayed in touch, and had their van meet our car, so we were able to avoid delay on the tour. This was super impressive. 
Communication was a strong suit throughout, with constant updates from both the office, and our guide starting the night before, and continuing through the day, and even making sure we were back to the ship with our driver. 
The tour itself was fantastic. our guide Duong did a great job, and the Park is quite something to see. The price was very reasonable.

We had wonderful 5 days trip in Vietnam with the excellent arrangement from Ms Hai Yen of Vietnam Tour Co Ltd. We have been to Ho chi minh city, Mekong river and cu chi tunnel. I found the service and response from Ms Hai yen was excellent. My emails were promptly responded. The guides and drivers are very professional and friendly, also the accommodation were simply superb. 
If you are the first time and want to visit Vietnam, I will recommend this travel agency.

As a general remark, please let me tell you that we really enjoyed a lot the trip: a fantastic, unforgettable experience for all three of us.
These are, in detail, our opinions:

- ACCOMODATIONS
All the hotels were of great quality: clean, comfortable, relaxing, and with a good breakfast.
We are really happy about your choices.

- FOOD
We appreciated the choice of restaurants, both the expensive and the cheaper ones. Our meals were always abudant and of excellent quality.

- TRAVEL ORGANIZATION 

Very professional. The minivans were new, clean and spacious. Drivers were always on time. The itinerary was perfect.
The boats also were excellent, and well managed.

- LOCAL GUIDES
(1) Mr. Lé Hiéu in Hanoi. A truly fantastic guide. He was always enthusiastic, friendly, caring and full of energy. A really nice and friendly person, all the times.
(2) Mr. Ad in Laos (no Vientiane). He was quite unfortunate at the beginning of the tour, because he was a little sick. Luckily, he recovered fast. 
He also has been friendly and very good in taking care of everything. However, if compared to Mr. Hiéu, he was a definitely more reserved, and sometimes he did not exploit the whole day for visits, leaving us plenty of spare time.
(2) Ms. Vathsana Somphong in Vientiane. Even if we have been together only for one day, she won our hearts. She is incredibly funny, she knows an unbelievable number of stories and legends that she shared with us, and made the visit to Vientiane a truly fun experience. Unfortunately, her English would need a little brush-up, as sometimes is quite difficult to understand her.
As a general conclusion, we are very happy with your organization and will surely come back to you when we'll plan another tour.
We will surely advertise Vietnam Tour Co.,Ltd to our friends who will want to visit South-East Asia.
