We plan to visit Vietnam somewhere in Nov, light & easy kind of family tour or group of friend the first time (cultural/education/discovery of your country). if we want to add Laos & Cambodia then what will be the cost, may be you can recommend in 2 quotation: Vietnam alone and Vietnam with additional 2 countries. Please recommend to us, we need help from you for ground tour arrangement (hotel/places to visit & etc). Flight arrangement can be ourself or you have a better price promotion then you can include in the package.

 I hope that you remember myself from when we travelled to Sa Pa from Hanoi.
 I travelled with my wife, daughter and her friend in July this year.
 We were very, very happy with your service.
 We are returning to Vietnam next year in August/September and we are hoping
 that you can assist us.
 We will be in Guangzhou and Hong Kong and would like to fly or travel back
 into Hanoi and up to Sa Pa. Can you please make suggestions or bookings for

 I just wanted to thank you again for all the lovely, courteous, efficient help you gave us when we visited Vietnam. My only regret is not staying in Hue as there was so much to do there. Hoi An was lovely but 5 nights there too much! Sue Richardson, my friend, also told me last night on the phone how helpful you were to her when she needed some help.
 I have given your email address to my sister, Maryrose Mooney, and I hope she makes contact.
 I told her to put together her dates and requests ie flights/hotels/transfers/trains and send to you for a quote.
 Time Hotel was lovely and very central. I have told my sister to ask for windows in her hotel rooms and Room 402 was a lovely room.
 I hope she listens to my suggestions/ideas and makes contact
