Hi Ms Ngoc Ha,
I had a great trip. I thought your service was very efficient and professional. Your quick and informative response to my queries was one of the reasons I chose to book with you, and I'm glad I did. I felt very relieved after I received the final itinerary one day before flying off, knowing that my whole trip was well-arranged. It was also reassuring that I was able to pay through Paypal/Onepay as I was not comfortable sending credit card details over email (to other travel agents). The tours I went on (Hanoi city tour and Bai Dinh/Trang An) were good - the tour guides Trung and Frank were very enthusiastic and helpful.
On arrival at my hotel in Sapa, I was surprised to hear from my tour guide Phuc that I could not join the group trek, but he would take me on a private trek or motorcycle tour of the villages. Although it was not what I had expected, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Phuc was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience.
Thanks very much for a good trip to Vietnam. I'm looking forward to visiting again someday.

Sorry for late respond your email, i am busy recently  since came back from trip.
Below is some feedback from us such as:

1) Quality for train consider ok but the place quite narrow a little bit and it's quite shake.haha
2)Tour guide in sapa is nice. San is helpful person and his knowledge is quite experience. Had explain and describe for us for each location and things.
3) We more prefer with Summit hotel, nice environment. Breakfast for each hotel consider ok.
4) V’Spirit cruise in halong is so awesome, i like the meals so much, very delicious.haha

My family and I had a great time during our holiday in Ho Chi Minh. Mr Lee was really nice and friendly. The van provided was comfortable and spacious. Meals were also good and tasty. Since I was eager to try your local Pho mee and shrimp goi cuon (hope the spelling is right), I went to local restaurant next to my hotel to buy the dish. The cruise was great, especially it has traditional music performance.

Overall, we really enjoyed every minute we spent in Ho Chi Minh. I will definitely promote your services to my colleagues, friends, and family members. In fact, I might be going to Ho Chi Minh in couple of months time to buy more cotton and silk materials for my business. Perhaps you can suggest other places besides Ben Thanh and Binh Thay market for me to get good material in cheaper price :-)

Yes, I had wonderful trip. Thank you for making the arrangement.

- The Hotel was very good/comfortable and easy for us to find food. For meals, the portion is too big actually for 3 of us:)
- The trip to Halong Bay was good as well as the Driver/tour guide provides ample time for us to stop for rest since it's a quite a long trip
-  The Tour Guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Overall, we're did enjoy our trip to Hanoi, will definitely recommend you to my friends & family.
