After breakfast, our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel for the approximately 4-hour journey through the countryside of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay.
Arrive in Halong around 12:00 PM and board a traditional wooden junk for a memorable cruise through the spectacular scenery of Halong Bay.
Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch while cruising toward the heart of the bay. Have your camera ready as you admire the magnificent limestone karsts, towering cliffs and fascinating islands with names such as Fighting Cocks, Duck, Finger, Incense Burner and Stone Dog.
Continue the cruise to Thien Cung Cave (Heaven Palace Grotto), one of Halong Bay's most impressive caves. Explore its large chambers decorated with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites in fascinating shapes.
After the cave visit, relax on the cruise while returning to Halong Harbor.
Our waiting vehicle will transfer you back to Hanoi.

Depart Hanoi for a scenic 2-hour drive to Ninh Binh.
Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh, two important Vietnamese rulers of the 10th century who established Hoa Lu as the capital of Dai Co Viet.

In the afternoon, continue to Trang An, a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage landscape famous for its limestone mountains, waterways, caves and lush scenery.
Take a traditional boat ride through the scenic waterways and explore fascinating caves such as Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Nau Ruou Cave and Ba Giot Cave, depending on the boat route and local operating conditions.
