- Pick-up service: Hotels in District 1 (except Sai Gon Ward & Tan Dinh Ward). Guests outside District 1 must meet at meeting point (112 Tran Hung Dao St, Ben Thanh Ward) by 07:45.
- Children Policy:
- Under 3 years: Free of charge (sharing with parents).
- 4–9 years: 75% of adult rate (sharing with parents).
- Above 9 years: Adult rate applies.
- Max. 1 free child per 2 paying adults; extra children pay full rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours before departure → 100% charge.
