About 50 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam, the Can Gio Mangrove Forest (Rừng ngập mặn Cần Giờ) , a world-class biological reserve recognized by UNESCO in 2000, is proving to be a top tourist destination with its system of canals, its spectacular ocean scenery and its tranquility.
08.00am: our car and guide will pick you up at your hotel in center and drive to Can Gio, stopover at Binh Khanh ferry. We will take about 15 minutes to the other side - the coastal Cần Giờ.
The car will take you ahead to Can Thanh Market first to visit the Temple of Thuy Tuong Nam Hai which worships the Ong Fish (the giant fish, thought to be the whale)
Up on arrive in Can Gio forest, we visit the Giant Bat Lagoon and explore gently by rowing boat, before trekking through the mangrove jungle.
Have lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, arrive in Vam Sat Eco Park, where you will visit a crocodile reserve and see monkey in their natural habitat, as well as enjoy crab fishing and bird-watching for exotic local and migratory species. You can also enjoy another mangrove jungle walk.
Then drive back to Ho Chi Minh, tour ends at the meeting time
